DEKRA EXAM is your competent partner when testing and certifying machinery. As the European Notified Body no. 0158 we test and certify the following machinery according to Directive 2006/42/EC:

• People lifters
• Vehicle hoists
• Mining equipment

The safety of machinery enjoys key priority with us. Besides EC type examinations we also carry out functional tests and durability tests as well as expert opinions and statements in order to improve safety in both industry and mining.

With our 6000 kN test rig we are able to test deformation and strength of several constructions under very high pressure. We can test test blocks with a maximum

• length of 2,4 m,
• width of 1,5 m and
• height of 4,5 m.

Since the new Directive 2006/42/EC has become effective, there is now the opportunity to describe the conformity of a machine mentioned in Annex IV as part of the extensive quality assurance process.
